Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Season 2 and After-School Hanako-kun Sequel Announced!

Exciting news for fans of the popular anime series “Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun”! The second season of the anime, titled “Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun 2”, is set to premiere in January 2025 on TBS and its affiliates. Additionally, a sequel to the short anime series “After-School Hanako-kun” has been announced, with four new episodes airing on TBS starting October 7th.

The announcements were made at the “Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Summer Festival” event held at the Animate Theater in Tokyo on July 28th. To celebrate the news, new promotional videos and logos for both “Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun 2” and “After-School Hanako-kun” have been released.

The second season of “Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun” promises to bring more supernatural comedy and excitement to fans. The anime follows the story of Hanako-kun, a ghost who haunts the girls’ bathroom at Kamome Academy, and his assistant Nene Yashiro.

After-School Hanako-kun

The sequel to “After-School Hanako-kun” will continue to explore the daily lives of Hanako-kun and Nene Yashiro as they navigate the supernatural events that occur at Kamome Academy. The short anime series will consist of four episodes, each approximately 10 minutes long.

Nationwide Mokke Greeting Tour

In addition to the anime announcements, the “Nationwide Mokke Greeting Tour” has been revealed. Mokke, the mascot character of the series, will be visiting fans across Japan, with stops in Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Miyagi, and Kagawa. At each location, fans will receive a special school calendar card.
